Ray graduated from UC Davis with his PhD degree in Biosystems Engineering in 2012, the year he purchased his own very first residential property in Bay area. Going through his own property transaction has accidentally triggered his passion to pursue a career in real estate space. Hard to believe but readily, he obtained every needed credentials and started his own practice since then.  Very well known by all his family, friends and clients, Ray’s success is led by his engineer intuitive nature. His distinct analytical approach sets him apart from peers. Ray believes in numbers and does not depends on his feeling to follow market ups and downs. His advice is solid based on the facts and what truly makes sense in the long term, instead of short term crowd sentiment.
